I’m not gonna lie and trick you into the program by saying 1 hour per week is all you need.
You know it well that nothing gets done in 1 hour. Plus, we are going to do some life-altering, deep deep work here. It obviously takes more than a laughable one hour.
So, it’s best to set aside at least 5-6 hours per week including your practice hours, learning, live training meets and homework.
